By placing an order with Kala Namak Rice Co. through this website, WhatsApp, phone or in person, you agree to the terms below together with our Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund policies.

1. Quotations & Prices

• Rice is an agricultural commodity; prices move with the market. Quotations are valid for 7 days unless a different validity is stated.
• Quotations state whether prices are ex-mill or freight-inclusive, and are exclusive of GST unless mentioned.

2. Minimum Order Quantity

• All orders are accepted in multiples of 100 kg (1 quintal) per product.
• Consumer-pack / private-label programmes also total in multiples of 100 kg.

3. Payment Terms

• Standard domestic terms: 50% advance with order confirmation, balance before dispatch, unless different terms are agreed in writing.
• Export orders: advance TT / LC or other terms as stated in the export contract.
• Title to goods passes on full payment; risk passes as per the agreed delivery term.

4. Quality & Specification

• Each lot is supplied against a written specification (variety, moisture, admixture, broken %) and, for Kala Namak, a GI-belt sourcing declaration.
• Natural variation between crop seasons in colour, aroma and grain size does not constitute a defect if the lot meets the written specification.

5. Export Orders

• Buyer is responsible for confirming import permissibility, duties and labelling rules of the destination country.
• Export documentation listed in the quotation is provided by us; any additional certification is at actuals.
• Export consignments are subject to Government of India export policy for rice prevailing on the shipment date.

6. Website Content

• Product photos are representative; the approved sample and written specification prevail.
• We may correct errors in pricing or description on the website; confirmed quotations are honoured as issued.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
